Take a break from the world and focus on yourself with Fat Self Care, a one-player journaling game that imagines a world that celebrates the beauty of the fat experience. Step into the role of Rowan, a fat person, as you navigate through a day of experiences designed to give you respite and rejuvenation. Though it is called Fat Self Care, this game is for everyone, no matter your size or shape. With gentle prompts for you to ponder and answer, the text encourages reflection and liberation for all bodies through the lens of a loved and cared for fat person.

Fat Self Care is a collection of 23 scenarios written by 11 self-identified fat writers, with cover art by fabulous artist Jess Lome (@boooworth on Twitter).

Including guest writers: Aura Belle, Ash Cheshire, Ken Davidson, Cat McDonald, Ziva McPherson, Olivia Montoya, Jessie Rainbow, Eva Schiffer, and Molua Young.

Fat Self Care takes about an hour to play, and requires a copy of the text and some way to copy down your answers and affirmations.
